With over 14 years of experience in business development and strategic sales of innovative solutions, I have successfully managed hundreds of customer projects and led business units with sales responsibility of over CHF 120 million. Time and again, I have seen good ideas fail because there is technical expertise but no clear structure and strategy.
But success in business is about more than expertise. I've seen talented women entrepreneurs make the wrong hires, get bogged down, or not sell enough when they have great offerings. That's where I come in.
When I became a mother, I realized: I want a business that adapts to my life - not the other way around. At the same time, I developed a desire to empower other women to find freedom, independence and fulfillment in their own businesses.
Today, I help women achieve their business goals with clear strategies and personalized support. I believe that every woman has the potential to run a business that makes her independent and fulfilling.

I don't come from a family of entrepreneurs, nor did I attend a prestigious business school. Quite the opposite: I learned early on that I had to make my own way. My career path has been anything but straightforward, but one thing has remained constant: a deep fascination with human behavior and challenging the status quo. My father once summed it up: "Noëmi, you have the ability to be the first to discover the hole in the fence - and then climb through it.
My passion for seemingly unrelated disciplines - literature, psychology, music, innovation, entrepreneurship, design, science, creativity - seemed like a disadvantage for a long time. But it was exactly this ability to recognize structures, question patterns and find new ways that led me to digital product development and innovation via sales. As an employee, however, I often felt limited in my creativity and strategic abilities.
At some point, I realized that my ability to think in an interdisciplinary and structured way, combined with my creativity, was my greatest strength. That's why I started my own business, knowing that I could find a solution to any challenge.
And it is this thinking, this creativity, this strategic clarity that I bring to my work today.
